Greg is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (Admission No. P.105/14022/2017) and is currently a partner in the Commercial & Conveyancing Department at Robson Harris Advocates LLP. He specializes in legal and compliance audits, legal due diligence, corporate governance consultancy and audits, private equity due diligence, commercial transactions, tax and perfection of securities. He is a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree, LL.B from the University of Nairobi. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a past member of the Law Society of Kenya’s ICT & Intellectual Property Committee.
